The Japanese have created an ultra cool way of reading out bed time stories to kids with the help of the new Tereshibai from Konami. It’s a simple remote controlled device that needs to be plugged to the TV and you get to choose from ten pre-installed fairy tales illustrated in anime form on screen. Apart from this, the device is equipped with a built-in microphone which enables the user to either lend their own voice while narrating the story with on screen visuals or use the Tereshiba’s voice tuning function. In case you need a fresh story, just plug the device into the PC’s USB port and download additional stories from the Konami web site for $3 each. Yes, it’s that simple! It goes on sale tomorrow and costs $49. However, the sad part is that it will only be available in Japan, so the others interested have to wait till it is launched worldwide.
